California Privacy Notice
Last updated August 7, 2026
This notice is for California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes the categories of personal information we collect and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
What we collect, in CCPA terms
In the last twelve months, we have collected the following statutory categories:
| Category | Collected | Examples, in our case |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Yes | Name, email address, phone number, IP address, all from the contact form or standard server logs |
| Customer records under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) | Yes | Name and telephone number given on the contact form |
| Commercial information | Yes | The subject of interest you select, and what you tell us you are looking for |
| Internet or network activity | Yes | Pages requested and, if you accept analytics cookies, how you move through the site |
| Geolocation data | Only with consent | Approximate location inferred from your IP address by analytics providers, and only if you accept analytics cookies |
| Inferences | Only with consent | Audience characteristics an analytics provider may derive, and only if you accept analytics cookies |
| Sensitive personal information | No | We collect no government identifiers, financial account details, precise geolocation, health, biometric, racial, religious, or similar information |
| Biometric, sensory, professional, or education information | No | Not collected |
Where it comes from
- Directly from you, when you fill in the contact form
- Automatically from your browser, as standard server logs
- From analytics providers, if you have accepted analytics cookies
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and keep a record of it
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of spam
- To understand in aggregate how the site is used, with consent
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we have not done so in the last twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
The CPRA also treats sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising as something you can opt out of. If you accept analytics cookies, the Meta pixel may share information about your visit with Meta for advertising purposes, which falls under that definition. Declining analytics cookies is the opt out, and you can do it below or from the cookie notice at any time.
Your rights
- Right to know. Ask what categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we have it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Right to delete. Ask us to delete what we hold, with the narrow exceptions the statute allows.
- Right to correct. Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Exercised by declining analytics cookies.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not give you a worse price, or a worse service, for exercising any of these rights. There is nothing to withhold: the site is the same either way.
The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not apply here, because we do not collect any.
How to make a request
Email info@sanctumtimepieces.com or call (949) 991-0505, and say which right you are exercising. We will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within forty-five days, or tell you if we need the additional forty-five days the statute permits.
To protect you, we have to be reasonably sure a request comes from you. Since we hold little more than a contact form message, we will normally verify by replying to the email address in that message. We cannot respond to a request we cannot verify, and we will not use anything you give us for verification for any other purpose.
An authorized agent may act for you with your written permission, and we may still contact you to confirm it.
If you have no message on file
If you have never used the contact form, we almost certainly hold nothing that identifies you: server logs are deleted after fourteen days and are not searchable by name. You are welcome to ask, and that will be our answer.
